Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customized Salesforce solutions
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Configure and manage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows)
- Experience in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce security models and data architecture
- Known with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
- Experience with Salesforce DX is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) preferred
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong understanding of CRM processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
